Audit log. Append-only event stream with exports to your SIEM / ELK / Splunk. Covers session activity, tool calls, billing changes, admin actions.
SLA. 99.9% availability with financial penalties, named response times for support, escalation paths.
Permission engine. Allow/deny lists for destructive tool calls (filesystem writes, shell commands, network egress) configurable per project and role.

Enterprise FAQ

How does deployment work?

Two shapes. SaaS-with-isolation: a dedicated tenant in our infra with isolated Postgres, dedicated LLM balancer, and separate API keys. Self-hosted: Docker-compose (or Kubernetes manifests) for the relay + Postgres + balancer, deployed inside your VPC. You bring LLM provider API keys; we keep the binaries in sync.

What about the LLM providers?

You can plug in your own Anthropic / OpenAI / Bedrock / Azure OpenAI accounts. Cost goes straight to your bill with the provider; we charge the Enterprise contract on top for the platform itself.

Can we migrate from Team?

Yes. Sessions, chats, integrations, audit history are preserved. The contract is rewritten, billing switches to invoiced; your team doesn't lose any state. Plan ~2 weeks for legal + deployment shape.

SLA penalties — how serious?

The standard SLA is 99.9% monthly with credit/refund of a contractually-named percentage of monthly fees for each tier of breach. Numbers are negotiable on the contract; we don't hide them.

Audit log — what's in it?

Session opens, model calls, tool calls, permission grants/denials, billing events, admin actions (user adds/removes, role changes, integration connect/disconnect). Append-only with cryptographic chaining; exports as JSON-lines or to your SIEM via syslog.
