When does access open?
We're rolling out gradually. Waitlist signups get the heads-up first; we'll email you with an invite link as we open seats.
What payment methods will be supported?
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Currency auto-localised by your billing country at checkout.
Can I switch or cancel?
Yes — switch tiers any time (we prorate), cancel any time (no cancellation fee, access continues to the end of the paid period).
Refunds?
14-day full refund window from your first paid charge — no questions asked.
What's "messages" mean exactly?
A message is one round-trip turn between you and the agent. Long-running tasks (the agent calling tools, reading files, iterating) count as one message even if the agent does dozens of internal steps.
